Lincart is very pleased to present our annual summer group show featuring new work by:
John Bucklin, Sean Cheetham, Krzysztof Krzysztof, Dianne Romaine, Matthew Satz, Claudia Tennyson & Anna Ura.
Opening Reception for the artists:
Thursday, June 21rst, 6 to 8pm
Show is on view from June 12th through July 21rst
For this exhibition, we are excited to introduce new work from a select group of artists fresh to the Lincart program. While the work in the show varies in concept and medium, the exhibition as a whole represents the Lincart philosophy that the line between art and life is a blurry place, and that is the way we like it!

John Bucklin is a conceptual artist interested in manifesting the spirit of the Wild West through his contemporary art. On view will be components of his surfing and Great Outdoor adventures.
Sean Cheetham is a masterful portraitist. He applies classic technique to render richly skilled paintings of contemporary denizens of the Los Angeles scene.
Krzysztof Krzysztof is a young yet accomplished artist born and raised in Poland. We are happy to have him in the Bay Area. His work is inspired by the timelessness embodied in the elemental forms found in nature.
Dianne Romaine has been creating simple yet striking paintings and installations from her Headlands Center studio for many moons. For this show, she invites the viewer to participate in her ongoing chocolate eating project. Come on in, eat some chocolate, and contribute to the installation.
Matthew Satz lives and works in East Hampton, NY. He is an artist who pushes the process of painting into both beautiful and intellectual territories.
Claudia Tennyson is best known for her interactive “Repair Shop”. Throughout this show, we are encouraging art lovers to either donate or commission a personal item for Claudia to “repair”. She will be sitting in her ad hoc shop every Saturday during the show to accept and work on the sculptures. http://www.lincart.com/?cat=2&paged=2
Anna Ura is a San Francisco based artist. Her paintings, inspired by snapshots of the American landscape, shimmer with motion and depth.
