Lincart is pleased to present our second solo exhibition with internationally renowned artist, Graham Gillmore. Graham is most recognized by his id driven, text infused drawings and paintings. He finds inspiration from found vintage ledger paper and architectural maps and then adds his signature word play to create work that is both intellectually tantalizing and visually inspired. Combining a raw and edgy talent with a heroic use of paint, his work has been celebrated by contemporary art institutions worldwide. He has recently exhibited with OMR in Mexico City, Galleria Cardi in Milan and Mary Boone gallery in NYC. Reviews of his work have appeared in Art in America, Contemporary magazine and Artforum.
